Ha sido un grupo de investigadores del Centro de Tecnolog&iacute;a de Computaci&oacute;n Cu&aacute;ntica de la Universidad de Nueva Gales del Sur<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Actualmente la tecnolog&iacute;a m&aacute;s avanzada permite la fabricaci&oacute;n de un transistor basado en el silicio de 22 nan&oacute;metros.
